Deltranik is operated from the Netherlands and the educational content is designed primarily for learners based in Canada. We make no representation that the content is appropriate, lawful, or available for use in all jurisdictions. If you access the website from outside the Netherlands or Canada, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to you under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU member state law.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Please send a written description of your concern to [email protected] with the subject line "Dispute Notice." We will endeavour to respond within 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings under the governing law and jurisdiction provisions set out above. Consumers resident in the EU may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of habitual residence.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the website, other users, or Fairfax Holding B.V.
Upon termination, the following sections shall survive: Intellectual Property (Section 5), Disclaimer of Warranties (Section 7), Limitation of Liability (Section 8), Indemnification (Section 9), and Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Section 12).

17. Assignment
